PD or Pupillary Distance
PD or Pupillary Distance is the measurement of the distance between the two pupils. If you do not have this information you can call the optometrist or optician where you have purchased your last pair of eyeglasses or simply take a ruler, place it underneath your eyes and have someone measure the distance from the middle of one pupil to the middle of the other pupil in millimeters.See the illustration below for the PD measurement.  |
